Yesterday was amazing and just goes to show you that America is going to pull through. Being a foreigner in Europe still is very difficult especially when your American. Every culture has its stereotypes and prejudices but they are extremely hard to deal with when your country is hated by just about everyone. You basically get blamed for everything. And you just want to scream, I didnt vote for him! And I dont hate Bush, but his time is over. He has had his run and now it is time to try something different.

We have to try something different because things aren't working the way they are. It doesn't matter what you believe but you have to admit that America is not in a good place and it is effecting the rest of the world. You would have to be extremely small minded to not see that. There is too much intolerance in the world and now we have a President ready and willing to work to change that in a peaceful way.

He has a lot to proove but with the support of the country he can do it!!

Im very excited to see what happens because something must happen. At least now I can truly say that I am proud to be American. They say you have to hit rock bottom before they can get better so we can only go up from here.
